- 1 beet root
- ½ carrot
- ¼ bottle gourd, lauki
- 1 bay leaf
A great looking and tasty mixed vegetable soup that all can slurp on. Made from a cocktail of beet root, carrots & bottle gourd (louki).
METHOD:
- Pressure cook together the veggies with bay leaf.
- Throw away the bay leaf and grind the veggies to a paste.
- The beet root, carrot & bottle gourd soup is ready to serve.
