• 1 beet root
  • ½ carrot
  • ¼ bottle gourd, lauki
  • 1 bay leaf

A great looking and tasty mixed vegetable soup that all can slurp on. Made from a cocktail of beet root, carrots & bottle gourd (louki).

METHOD:

  1. Pressure cook together the veggies with bay leaf.
  2. Throw away the bay leaf and grind the veggies to a paste.
  3. The beet root, carrot & bottle gourd soup is ready to serve.
