METHOD:

  1. Cut the potatoes into finger size chips.
  2. Boil them with salt till they are firm but done.
  3. Drain the water and pat dry the chips.
  4. Sprinkle pepper powder on it.
  5. Roll them in corn flour and shallow fry them.
