• 4 slices of bread
  • ½ cup of the above corn filling
  • 1 tablespoon of grated cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter

A lovely companion for your tea, corn toasts are filling, easy to make and delicious.

 

METHOD:

  1. Toast the slices of bread in a toaster.
  2. Apply enough quantity of butter on the toasts.
  3. Spread the corn filling on the toasts.
  4. Finally sprinkle some grated cheese on the toasts.
  5. Now heat a tawa and place all the toasts in it until the cheese melts. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
