• 2 Mangoes 1 tablespoon cream 2 cups curd or yoghurt 2 tablespoon sugar 1 cup ice

A glass of lassi can refresh you from the excessive summer heat and  a lassi / smoothie flavored with Mango the king of fruits can make your day perfect.


  1. Peel and dice a mango
  2. Peel and extract pulp of the other mango.
  3. Put the pulp in the blender, add curd ,cream and sugar. Run the mixer to get a smooth mixture of the above.
  4. You can put little milk if it gets very thick.
  5. Garnish the lassi / smoothie with pieces of mango.
